<Before going into the operating room><Weight after surgery><This one is for the main photo~ Hope everyone has a day full of luck!>Hi, this is my first time writing after surgery, so it feels awkward... First of all, I’m a college student who got liposuction with money I saved from part-time jobs (I had surgery without my parents knowing... insanely careless thinking) 1. From September 3, 2023, I started doing online research (looking things up through searches) 2. I searched a lot at the end of December and had surgery in early January 2024! 3. Follow-up care every 1-2 weeks (I remember it being 5 or 6 times) 4. I did thighs/hips/buttocks + arms/accessory breasts/back fat like this! (This was written in the consultation log, so I don’t know the real name, I can’t remember lol...) I wrote about 20 questions in my notes, but I’m 80% I on MBTI, so I only asked about six and couldn’t ask the rest The consultant counseled me separately and said they use a handmade machine, and there is no ultrasound exam, but since ultrasound is to check the amount of fat, checking by palpating with the hands is enough Other than that, she said if I gave text consent? at the desk at first, they would tell me how much fat was removed, and of course they would do an allergy test before surgery, and so on... I was 60 kg before surgery, and when I weighed myself at home after surgery, I was 65 kg My feet were super swollen, and it gradually went down: 65 on the day of surgery, 64.3 after 3 days, 63.6 the next week, and 61.3 the week after that I knew it was because fluid was inside my body, so I wasn’t thinking much of it, but I was a bit nervous my parents might find out... Anyway anyway, I had written notes because I wanted to write a review after surgery, so I’ll bring them over as they are ⬇️⬇️⬇️ I changed clothes, put patches on my nipples, wore these super weird disposable T-panties, got InBody measured, waited a bit, then the director had explanation time, a fan-signing session with the director... after that, they drew on my body with a marker I went to the operating room for surgery, and there were three staff members. Before surgery, they applied povidone solution all over my naked body (yes, red antiseptic). They did every corner of my body, but the operating room was cold, so I was trembling... haha I thought it was my home freezer... I felt like frozen tuna... They had soft New Age music playing in the operating room, so it felt weird somehow. It was like a scene that might appear in a movie And because of my crazy calf edema, they couldn’t find a vein near my ankle or the top of my foot... (I usually have severe edema) The teacher was trying to find a vein, and I felt so, so sorry. It hurt quite a bit when the needle went in, but I’m a strong woman, so I endured it In the end, they connected it to the back of my right hand, but when the medication went in (probably anesthesia?), it really hurt so much... Is this hell... After surgery (they woke me up, but now I don’t really remember whether that place was a room or the operating table), when I woke up from anesthesia, maybe I had bitten my tongue hard, because my throat and tongue hurt more than my body,,, There was a private room (it felt like a very clean private gosiwon..), and the staff gave me iced tea (as someone who doesn’t normally drink iced tea, it was crazy sweet.) and packaged pumpkin porridge, so I ate that, took medicine, and usually I guess you try walking in the hallway until the anesthesia fully wears off! I walked a total of 3 times, but I’m impatient, so I tied my hair by myself and was ready to leave (the teacher supported me every time I walked in the hallway, but I was so embarrassed haha... so I tried hard with my brain to wake up quickly) Since this was my first big surgery like this, I went to the pharmacy and got the prescription after everything was done (bandages, waterproof bandages, medicine, painkillers, etc.) When going to the bathroom, even my thighs just brushing against each other made them tingle lol,,, Ha, I’d never experienced pain like this in my life, and when I got home, fluid started seriously coming out of my right leg, mixed with blood, so I hurriedly wrapped it with 3 towels Two weeks later, when they removed the stitches, fluid kept coming out from my knee, so they stitched the suture site again... They stitched it without anesthesia, and that pain was like stubbing your little toe every 30 seconds? Hell is here, something like that And when I got home before sleeping, fluid came out from my Y-zone, so I just accepted it... When I say fluid came out here, I mean the stuff that came through the gauze and tape?... Ha... I wrote about 3,000 more characters below, but it disappeared, so I’m depressed-ping. If you’re curious about anything, leave a comment, and I’ll edit it then, write it again, and reply... Happy New Year ---Added--- After writing it, more things kept coming to mind that I wanted to add, so I’m editing it For about 2 weeks after surgery, I was Doraemon. My hands were normal, but my feet were really... If I painted them blue, I could totally be Doraemon’s stand-in? And as for scars, I have some kind of keloid tendency or something, so they were left pretty severely. Even after 1 year, the place on my knee that was re-stitched is white and raised (I applied medicine diligently for 2 months after surgery, then forgot because I was going to school, and now I’m applying it again -> way too late hehe) Oh, and for the compression garment, since I didn’t have abdominal surgery, I got separate top and bottom pieces, and I don’t remember the price... It might come up if you search... But before surgery, it’s better to get one fitted a bit tight (since you contact the company directly about this, it’s fine)
