Nose surgery consultation review!!! (including something that made me angry)

I live in Jeju! I had consultations at 2 places in Jeju and 1 place in Seoul. I have a nasal fracture, and it has been 5-6 years since I got injured. It was so hard to breathe that I wanted to correct it and raise my nasal tip at the same time, so I went for consultations. At first, I was not being greedy and only went to a famous ENT clinic in Jeju to ask about the fractured nose! They recommended ㄱㄴㅅㅌ Plastic Surgery to me. (They said the doctor used to do plastic surgery together at the ENT clinic before!!) They said these days indemnity insurance does not work very well either, so it might be better to do it together with cosmetic surgery! So I called, and they said I needed a reservation, so I stopped by another plastic surgery clinic nearby. I went to a plastic surgery clinic called ㅇㅈㄷ. There were not many people, but it took almost 1 hour, and the consultant was a bit unfriendly too! When I said I did not want silicone and was worried about side effects, she was like, "There are always some side effects lol" That kind of vibe lol. And she brought up the deposit right away and said I would probably need alar reduction, silicone, and this and that, so I was flustered and said I only came for a consultation. She said okay, I waited a bit, and then had a consultation with the director. He said they would leave the fracture as it is and place silicone on top to correct only the external appearance, right? So I asked, "So you leave the bone as it is?" and he said if they touch the bone it costs several tens of millions of won lol, and that I would have to go to a university hospital. Then he asked what date I wanted to schedule, and said the consultant probably told me, but they are only doing it until the end of this month..? I went in mid-November..? They said the clinic would be gone in December lololol. When I heard that, I was like, huh..? Then what about follow-up care after my surgery? I thought that and just left! (This part made me the angriest, after waiting over an hour.)  I remember they said the cost was 3.5 million won!!! And then ㄱㄴㅅㅌ Plastic Surgery, which the ENT clinic recommended! I made a reservation and went for a consultation. The consultant and the doctor were seriously all so kind, really!!! They said my bridge is high, so I do not need silicone. When I said the first place mentioned silicone, they said it is already enough now. There was no forcing anything!!! It was so nice! But the doctor touched my nose and said it seemed like I had injured it very badly, and that it would probably be better to go up to Seoul and visit a specialized hospital instead. I was so grateful that they told me honestly!!! They said I might also be able to get indemnity insurance coverage!! But I am scared of airplanes, so I asked how much it would cost if I just did it there, and I was told around 4.5 million won!!! If I get another cosmetic surgery, I think I would go here!! The 3rd place I went to was ㅋㅂㅈ Clinic!! I carefully looked through this community, and the consultation reviews were good, so I took a plane and went there! The consultant and director were extremely kind, and they had CT too, so I got it taken. It was really severely crooked!! (In Jeju, unless it is an ENT clinic, I do not think they have CT) I said I wanted it to look natural, and they understood exactly what I meant. They said they would use septal cartilage? for the nasal tip, and if there was not enough, they would take some from my ear! Other places somehow felt scary, but here I just felt so at ease. As soon as I saw the director, I thought, ah, this is the place, so I made a reservation that day and even did the blood test!! I understand that they use fixed prices without review events or things like that, and they said if you book on the consultation day, you get a 500,000 won discount! I think this part made me trust them even more! Oh right, they also said CCTV can be viewed and that a guardian can watch in real time? I think that is what they said! I am a scared country girl from Jeju (because of ghost doctors and substitute doctors), but I felt completely reassured! They also told me I could do the blood test separately after going back to Jeju, but then the cost would be expensive! I was grateful they gave me that useful tip..? Here too, after receiving the 500,000 won discount, it came out to 4.5 million won, and indemnity insurance also applies!! I think I will get about 1.4 million won refunded! It is actually a gain! The blood test fee and deposit are all deducted from the surgery cost!  They also have YouTube, so I am building an imaginary closeness with the director by myself lolol. I am a scaredy-cat.. I am such a scaredy-cat that I have not even traveled much. I worry that if I go somewhere, incidents will happen, or that I will be looked down on because I am from Jeju But they were really kind here!! It is even better because it is a nose-specialized hospital!! They said AS is 3 years! As long as I only pay the anesthesia fee!! I think it is really the best. (I had a deviated septum and rhinitis? and because I have a bulbous nose, my nasal tip is totally chubby, so they said they would remove fat and refine that too! And the nasal tip! hehe Since I injured it a lot, the doctor said they would do it without overdoing it, so I was really so grateful.) And from the perspective of someone living in Jeju, while looking at cosmetic surgery apps ㅂㅂㅌ and ㄱㄴㅇㄴ, I had a phone consultation with ㅇㅇㄷ, and they said if I paid the deposit, I could have a same-day consultation and same-day surgery. I wondered, is that possible..? My nose is very crooked..? So I just said okay and hung up. I also wanted to consult at ㅂㅇㅇ together with ㅋㅈㅋ, so I applied for a consultation, but consultations were booked out until June!!
