Revision rhinoplasty: silicone and cartilage showing through

Hi, I had my second revision surgery at a factory-style hospital, and I’m stressed because the silicone and cartilage are showing through During my first nose surgery, I felt like the columella was tilting, so I thought I should get a revision. Since I was doing it anyway, I wondered if I should try putting in silicone too, so I did. The director had said we would put in 2 mm, but during the consultation right before surgery, he suggested 2.5 mm, so I kind of went along with it and said okay. But the bridge feels too high by my standards too My skin is also thin, but maybe it was raised too much; from the moment the splint was removed, the nasal tip cartilage was very visible. I thought it would get better once the swelling went down, but this is a photo from about 320 days later. The shape is also too flashy, so it feels like it doesn’t suit my face, and I’m currently going around for revision surgery consultations If there are any hospitals that are good at natural, subtly glamorous revision surgery, please recommend them
