I came back to this community after a long time, and I’m writing this for those who may be looking for reviews of rhinoplasty using donated dermis Because I felt resistant to silicone, I had my first rhinoplasty with donated dermis, then 6 months later, when I had an after-service revision, I had silicone inserted It was absorbed a lot, so the shape changed a lot too, and my nose lost that slim, refined look. It’s definitely true that inserting silicone makes the nasal bridge look slimmer and the nose shape changes less.. If you care about the shape, I think it’s definitely better to go with silicone!!
