I tried a nasal ala injection once, but it just seemed ineffective, so I had nasal ala reduction surgery. I did it while working, and right after surgery I wondered, “Isn’t the change big?” but as time passed, it gradually settled naturally. I’m especially satisfied because my nasal alae spread less when I smile! However, if you reduce them too excessively, it can look unnatural, so it’s important to decide carefully when designing. Now I really like my nose shape every time I look in the mirror, so I’m extremely satisfied!
