After<Photo taken last week!>After<Photo taken last week>I think it has been 3 months and about 3 to 5 days since surgery. If you look at my post history, there were many times I was worried, and until I reached 3 months, I felt anxious every day.
But at some point I started focusing on my daily life, studying, reading books, studying for TOEIC, and I’ll soon be going back to work, so I’ve been busy. Because of that, the time I spend focusing on my eyes has decreased, so now I feel at ease lol
After my eye revision surgery, there is still swelling, but I go to the clinic every 1 to 2 weeks for a bit of massage(?), and sometimes I get warm compress treatments while they check on my condition!
Friends around me often say, “It looks much better after the revision surgery.” “Where did you get it done? You finally look at ease now.” And now they also say, “Hey, so much of your eye swelling has gone down. Go around more comfortably now!!” haha
After my first incisional surgery in 2017 until before my incisional revision surgery in early April 2023, I disliked my eyes every single day, but now I’ve finally escaped from hating my appearanceㅠ ㅠ
What I really want to say is simply this: When getting plastic surgery, I hope you look into the <downsides and side effects> before the advantages, and then decide. I just did it because my mom led me by the hand. In the past, I trusted my mom, and if it was my mom’s choice, I was the kind of kid who just went along with it. My mom feels really sorry too, and since I’m an adult, I wanted to take responsibility for my own choice, so I went to a lot of consultations, tried to understand the hospital’s downsides more than its advantages, and first checked whether it was something I could handle! Always be cautious with surgery... I don’t think I’ll write more eye reviews now, but! If my eye condition gets even better after half a year to a year, I’ll try writing one then :D
