<Before contouring><After contouring>When viewed from the side, my jaw angle really stood out, so I decided to get facial contouring. Honestly, my cheekbones and jaw were all quite severe, so I thought I definitely needed all 3 types, and I also had cortical osteotomy added to the surgery haha I went to the consultation thinking facial contouring was simply a bone-shaving surgery, and I only knew about the long-curve square jaw surgery method, so I first learned about the other surgical methods after hearing the hospital’s explanation..^^ They said that for a good frontal effect, besides the method I mentioned, cortical osteotomy also needs to be done together. I thought everything would become slim just by cutting the jaw angle. I didn’t know my bone was this thick and that my frontal volume was so largehaha Then I started wondering if this was over-surgery and was secretly suspicious, making a whole fuss inside;; Fortunately, the director showed me the predicted postoperative look through a simulation, as if actually cutting the bone on the CT so I calmed down. The predicted postoperative bone shape did look slim lol After surgery, I was in so much pain that I regretted it, but now I don’t regret it. I just hope it doesn’t sag. The cheekbone volume was preserved nicely in moderation, and both the front and side views became much slimmer than before. It has the natural look I wanted, so I feel relieved haha
