From the front, my nose looked really spread out. On top of that, because of my low nose, I couldn’t even imagine having a pretty side profile. As expected, he was extremely meticulous and professional, so I was drawn in by the consultation and booked surgery right away haha. I used the materials the director recommended as they were, and I also used autologous costal cartilage, and I’m really satisfied. The pain from harvesting the rib cartilage wasn’t as bad as I expected, and the line also came out with the natural feel I wanted, blending well with my face. I think I just need to keep managing it well and maintain it nicely like this :)
