It hasn't even been a full month yet. It was a revision surgery, so the cost was... really high Even taking the insurance payout into account... I think it cost almost 5 million won. Would things have been a bit different if I had known about this community before going? Anyway, speaking only about the cosmetic surgery, I think they did nasal osteotomy + used ear cartilage to build the columellar strut and tied the cartilages... They didn't explain the exact surgical process, just said they only put it in the strut and nasal tip, so I'm guessing + I think they also placed it on top of the nasal tip. The shape seems okay if I take into account that the swelling will go down, but honestly, I'm thinking about having surgery in 6 months to remove the ear cartilage placed in the nasal tip.... Everyone around me says it's because it hasn't been long since surgery and it's due to swelling and the foreign-body sensation, but I know myself best, right? I already know I'll be struggling with the same issue half a year later, so I'm just trying to prepare myself mentally in advance. I haven't even finished paying off the installment plan for the surgery hospital, and I'm already thinking about removal surgery I'm depressed.
