Nose Re-Surgery

I'm 2 months post-op after male revision rhinoplasty

<2-month appearance><2-month appearance><2-month appearance><before surgery><before surgery><before surgery>It's now been 2 months since I had revision rhinoplasty at ㅇㅊㅂ. The swelling is gradually going down, and compared with the beginning, it seems to be looking more natural, so I'm satisfied, but there is still a lot of minor residual swelling, so I hope it goes down soon. A long time ago, after rhinoplasty, my nose looked crooked, so I had revision surgery after just 2 months, then later I even had fracture surgery because of a nasal bone fracture I don't know how many times I've had nose surgery now. Especially after the fracture surgery, my nose became even more crooked, which was stressful, but now I think it has been corrected well so that it doesn't look crooked at all from the front. While having rhinoplasty, I also had functional nasal surgery (nasal valve stenosis), and I got the functional nasal surgery cost reimbursed through my indemnity insurance, so I saved some money too. Since breathing has become easier, my nasal congestion has decreased when I wake up in the morning, and running is my usual hobby, so it's really comfortable to run while breathing through my nose. Because my nasal bridge was high and I was stressed about it looking like a chalk-stick nose, for this revision rhinoplasty, I had 1 mm silicone placed in the nasal bridge, and the nasal tip was operated on using autologous costal cartilage and septal cartilage. I definitely think the chalk-stick nose feeling has decreased a lot compared with before. The autologous costal cartilage harvest site doesn't hurt at all now, so I can exercise too! haha They say swelling should be assessed over 6 months to 1 year, so I'm going to wait slowly. The weather has gotten cold, so I'm looking into indoor exercise. Is there any exercise you would recommend that is suitable after rhinoplasty?
