After getting revision surgery, I went crazy once because of the cotton packing, went crazy because it felt so stuffy with the splint on, and kept going crazy thinking, “What if the result ends up the same as my first surgery?” Now I finally got the splint removed and thought, ah, I can finally breathe, but I feel like the anxiety spiral is going to start again I had somewhat wide nostril wings, so the key is how the nasal tip shape will turn out, but the fight with swelling is just starting, so it’s never-ending anxiety time;; It’s only been a week since surgery, but for everyone here who had revision rhinoplasty at DI, when does this anxiety start getting better? This is really an illness too. For now, the line does look better than my first surgery, but if only the swelling would go down a bit..
