Starting with ㅊㄷㅂ, that place was a bit disappointing from the consultation stage Even after seeing that the silicone was crooked, it felt like they were vaguely brushing it off, and I said I wanted to do it without an implant, but instead of talking about that, they just recommended replacing the existing silicone They explained things roughly without sincerity, so I couldn't trust them and excluded them right away. Right now I'm deciding between ㅇㅂㅋ and ㄱㄹㅂ, and both places explained things carefully ㅇㅂㅋ recommended a customized implant, saying that if I wanted to prevent crookedness, a customized implant would be better, and they emphasized that the shape would come out prettier too They especially said that if the implant is made according to the CT scan results, the possibility of crookedness or deformation can be almost eliminated They said no-implant surgery was possible too, but told me the nasal bridge height wouldn't come out very well ㄱㄹㅂ said similar things, and said it was possible to proceed without an implant, but told me to take into account that the nasal bridge could become lower later and the result I want might not come out. They said a customized implant would have higher stability and good results too. Both are logical in their own way, so I'm confused. At first I thought no-implant surgery would be natural and better, but after going to consultations, I also feel like a customized implant might be better, so I'm torn My head hurts over whether I should go without an implant after silicone removal, or replace the silicone and go with a customized implant.
