Posting this as a review to celebrate reaching my target weight on my diet 40 kg range would be a bit too extreme, so I aimed for a safe 50 kg range and started the diet with extraction injections...!!!! At the beginning, I couldn't really tell with my love handles, I was only watching the abdominal area slim down, and around day 100 my love handles, i.e. my back area, started standing out It felt like it was thinning but also not thinning, so I couldn't really tell, but in today's photo you can see it sticking right to my ribs lol But not only the love handles, now even in the evening when I just stand still, my rib line naturally shows!
Lastly, I'm throwing in the weight and size changes measured at the hospital!!! If there are lines that can't be fixed structurally, get extraction injections
