I used septal cartilage for my first surgery, but are there places that do revision surgery with ear cartilage?? I don't want to use autologous costal cartilage.. For revision surgery, why do they always have to use rib cartilage? I didn't originally have silicone in, and my nose has gotten slightly shorter, so I want to lower it a little with ear cartilage. Are there places that would do that.. If anyone has had a consultation somewhere, please let me know
cyb3rgirl Lowering it is done with septal extension, and that usually uses rib cartilage, so that’s why
일해 There are places that don’t use rib cartilage for revision surgery too. I heard they do well with ear cartilage without drooping, so I’m looking at two places, JST and NN. Use that as a reference
