I had surgery 10 years ago to reposition the bulging under-eye fat pads... These days I’m just living with it, more or less satisfied... I got the information from this community back then too, and had it done at a plastic surgery clinic in Apgujeong... I remember it didn’t hurt much I don’t know how much it costs now, but back then it was incredibly cheap.
