I was young then, and the cost of double eyelid surgery, which I remember was over 1 million won, felt so expensive. My swelling went down well, so it was fairly okay for me, and even the clinic was surprised when they saw how quickly the swelling went down. But the teacher who got it done with me had swelling that didn’t go down even after a long time and had sausage eyes. So even when people around me ask where I got it done, I never tell them.
