My eyes originally had double eyelids, but they didn’t look good in photos, so around last winter I got the procedure at a hospital in Sinsa for about 600,000 won during an event price. I didn’t know much and got it done without really thinking, but thankfully I didn’t end up with sausage eyelidsㅠ It didn’t end up looking like two lines overlapping with my original double eyelids either. For about the first 4 months, there was a bit of swelling like sausage eyelids, but now it’s become much more natural. The line was made a bit thick so it does show somewhat, though.. Personally, I think double-eyelid surgery is mostly fine as long as it’s not at a place notorious for botched results. But there’s nothing you can do about the scar you can see when you close your eyesㅠㅠ I diligently applied the ointment they gave me every day without missing a single day, but I guess with an incision, scarring is unavoidableㅠㅠ
