I had a hump nose, so after osteotomy I had a septal implant and autologous cartilage placed in the tip of my nose! But my skin was so thin that the cartilage placed at the tip showed through, so I had revision surgery When you get surgery, you should consider whether your skin is thin or not. For reference, the cartilage was removed in the revision surgery!
