I had the silicone implant in my nose removed and replaced with a new silicone implant, and I had the nasal tip revised again using septal cartilage. I was so happy because I really liked it, but in the end, because the columella was weak, the nasal tip drooped again. The hospital where I had the surgery said they would raise the nasal tip again with ear cartilage without charging a surgery fee, but this will be my third nose surgery. I'm so scared. It’ll be okay, right..? I’ll have the revision surgery again this time and leave a photo review.
