I only had a few minutes of consultation, so it's actually hard to say how professional the consultation felt.
I liked that they recommended avoiding osteotomy as much as possible. But the cost was high, and the counseling manager also seemed less professional... If the consultation with the doctor had been long and detailed, maybe I would have felt differently, but it wasn't, so my satisfaction was not very high.
Maybe because there were so many reviews on this community and I went in with high expectations... still, the doctor was friendly and had a very human touch, which I liked! I guess it was probably because the consultation time was set a bit awkwardly... a little disappointing.
