When I visited, I liked that the desk staff responded kindly. During the consultation, when I mentioned to the director the face shape I wanted and the areas I wanted to improve, he immediately picked up on those points, and explained in detail what needed to be done to achieve the direction I wanted. Thanks to that, the back-and-forth communication went well, which I liked. He also mentioned detailed aspects such as the safety system and aftercare, so it was a consultation that made me trust them more, and I was so satisfied that as soon as I had the consultation, I could understand why so many people come through referrals.
