Anyway, Dr. ㄱ at ㅇㄱㅇ removed it for me I'm an unusual(?) case and couldn't have an open columellar approach, so only the silicone was removed with a closed approach (donated rib cartilage and mesh could not be removed), and it was done under sedation Before surgery, the doctor checked the condition of my nose, personally took photos, explained everything in detail, and then they started preparing for surgery Maybe the anesthesia worked better than when I had surgery two months ago, but I recovered well without much difficulty. As soon as I got home, I ate pizza while watching TV and am resting well Maybe because I can't see my nose well, my mental state is pretty good too They blocked only one nostril, and there is a small tube in the middle of the cotton to check whether blood or discharge comes out again inside, so breathing is comfortable and it seems okay
While I was recovering, the doctor came and said it seemed like the silicone pressing on the cartilage was probably the biggest factor in the inflammation, and if that was the cause, since the silicone has been removed, it should improve. I heard it while half-asleep so I don't remember well, but I think he'll explain in detail when I go again tomorrow morning for a checkup
