1. I'm looking into revision surgery because my bulbous nose wasn't resolved. 2. I don't like anything too dramatic, but I wonder if improving a bulbous nose would still be possible. 3. If costal cartilage has to be used, I want autologous costal cartilage rather than donated rib cartilage. These are the reasons I'm currently looking into my nose again and the conditions I want. If I go for consultations at Hanabi, OM, and RU and mainly talk about the points above, they'll explain well how it would be good to set up the surgical plan, right? More than anything else, number 2 worries me the most If they say it needs to be somewhat dramatic, then I guess that's the right thing to do, but even if I get a dramatic nose, will it not look too much like a surgically done nose...
