I went through all my consultations, but I didn’t ask whether I have sunken eyes, so I’m not sure I only had buried-suture double eyelid surgery before, but my pupils are still covered, so I look sleepy, and I’m planning revision surgery. Right now I have an outline crease, but it doesn’t suit me... I was recommended incision surgery with ptosis correction, and I want an in-out crease Would it be okay to keep the current line as it is? The distance between my eyes and eyebrows is narrow Do you recommend in-out? Or an inline crease? Considering the crease height too, which one would make my eyes look naturally clearer?

sennyyy Make your finger straight like the number 1 and place it from your eyebrow to your cheekbone, then blink. If your eye opens and closes well, it’s slightly sunken; if it doesn’t open and close because of your finger, it’s protruding eyes! There are videos on YouTube showing how to diagnose it

양만두 For a clearer look, I do think in-out would probably be better! I also have a narrow distance between my eyes and eyebrows and have an epicanthal fold, so I was recommended a low inline crease with canthoplasty. What did they tell you during your consultation??
눈재 [@양만두] They didn’t mention medial epicanthoplasty for me, because I already had it when I did buried sutures, so a lot of my lacrimal caruncle shows! I showed them eyes similar to mine, and it was a photo of a low inline crease. But the before-and-after difference looked so clear that I liked it So I’m also debating whether to do inline or in-out, but I’m a bit more drawn to inline
