I got Botox at a dental clinic because they recommended it to me there. It was for treatment purposes, but I also saw cosmetic effects. Since it was my first time getting it, the effects lasted quite a while, but after a little over a year it did come back. The effects started to appear after 3 months. The muscle volume definitely decreased, so there was a clear front-facing effect, but from the side there was not much difference since it is not bone shaving. I thought that if you combine Botox with liposuction or Accu, you might get a side-profile effect too.
