Before surgery, I clearly told them I was okay with it being slightly noticeable, and from right after surgery until one month post-op, whether I took photos, looked in the mirror, or saw my side profile, I was satisfied, and anyone could see it was done well. I heard comments like that, and also, “How can a nose look like that? It’s really pretty.” For reference, I’m a man. Now it’s day 100... after all the swelling went down, even when I take photos, they don’t come out like the photos from back then. Ah... the height is one thing, but overall it feels smaller... Of course it’s true that it’s better than my previous appearance. But the fact is, I do think the height and three-dimensionality are better than my old nose, but the image change wasn’t as big as I expected. Since I was spending the money anyway, I wanted a more definite effect ㅠㅠ From right after surgery to one month post-op, it was completely different from my old nose, and I liked that my image was completely different from before, but after 100 days, my old image is coming back... it’s become too natural. I asked the doctor, and they said without touching the nasal bridge, they could add about one more implant to make just the nasal tip look a bit more three-dimensional, and they said they would only charge the anesthesia fee... I’m conflicted... I wonder if this is just my greed... Even now after surgery, my nostrils show a bit more than with my old nose. If they raise the nasal tip more, won’t my nostrils turn up even more??? I don’t know what to do. Is it impossible to make my nose look like it did at one month when there was swelling? Please advise whether reinforcing the nasal tip would be better. These days the stress is no joke. At age 40 ㅠㅠ Before surgery, my image had double-eyelid eyes, a blunt nasal tip, thick upper lip and lines, and honestly there was a bit of a greasy and old-fashioned image. I wanted to at least make my nose sharper? to reduce that image, and up to one month post-op I really thought the image change was a success ㅠㅠ But after 100 days, once all the swelling went down and the nasal tip came down slightly, well, it is better than before, but it’s hard to give up the look from one month post-op. Ah ㅠㅠ
