Nose Re-Surgery

If you want to remove your nose implant, do it

It had been a while since I had nose surgery, but I kept feeling the foreign-body sensation from the silicone, so I lived constantly paying attention to it. I do think I may be on the sensitive side, but.. deep down, I blamed the surgeon so much for not doing the dissection properly in the first place so that it ended up feeling like there was a foreign body. Even while pretending to be fine on the outside, I lived with so much psychological pressure? over the fact that there was something inside my nose, almost to the point that I wondered if I had a mental illness.. I knew revision surgery was the answer, but back then I had no money, no confidence to lie on the operating table again.. and I worried, what if it looks even stranger after removal.. There were so many things I was worried about that I couldn’t rashly ask them to remove it.. Now I also have more leeway financially.. and time-wise, so I looked into revision surgery and had it removed at ㅅㄱ(ㅐㅣㅁ), but honestly, it’s not that I never considered putting silicone in again I was worried the sense of loss would be severe, and that because of that I might hate looking at my face.. But these days, as implant-free rhinoplasty is kind of a trend? If you remove the silicone and redo the nasal tip surgery, it can look sufficiently good. If you want to remove it, do it.. I really highly recommend it..! But you have to keep in mind that, like when silicone was inserted, a dramatic image change or a completely high, sharp nose is hard to achieve.. Still, if you find a clinic with a good aesthetic sense, they take care of even the things I would likely worry about during surgery. I’m doing well now, feeling relieved. There’s no foreign-body sensation at all and nothing uncomfortable.. As long as the nasal tip swelling goes down well, I think there’ll be no problem.. Everyone here who is worried about whether to remove it or not, I hope you think about what is most important: whether that little nose shape matters, or whether your mental state matters..
