I got under-eye fat repositioning about three years ago. They removed the bulging area under my eyes, extracted fat from my abdomen, and did micro fat grafting under my eyes and up to the anterior cheek line. The grafted fat has all disappeared, but I think removing the bulging part was a good decision. Now I don't have reddish dark circles under my eyes, but there is a slightly bluish feeling.
