I only had my nasal tip done with ear cartilage at a clinic. I didn’t want an implant inserted and wanted it to look unnoticeable, and it turned out the way I hoped. It looks natural, so people around me don’t even know I had plastic surgery. To what extent? My parents didn’t really notice... they just thought I had double eyelid surgery and lost weight.
Since I didn’t put in silicone, there isn’t a dramatic improvement, but personally I’m satisfied. But whether you put silicone in or not, the cost is the same haha. If you’re dreaming of a face that transforms beautifully, if you have surgery like me, you might regret it because it feels like a waste of money, or you might get it done again lol; I was also someone who kept debating until the very last moment on the operating table whether to put in even very low silicone, but since I’m older and married too, I thought, “No, let’s not get greedy.”
For now, my nose is still hard, so it’s uncomfortable. Sometimes there’s a tingling ache, so I can’t wash my face forcefully. My philtrum feels slightly tight, and because ear cartilage was harvested, sensation in my ear has become dull. There are discomforts like that.
