My third nose revision surgery failed, and I got a discount on the surgery fee in exchange for disclosing post-op photos (with only the eyes covered). Do I have to provide the photos? It was a revision because the existing nasal silicone had shifted, I had asymmetry, 11-shaped nostrils, and rhinitis. They said if I lowered the height, the nostrils would improve and breathing would become easier too, so I went ahead with it. After surgery, my nose is too low, the costal cartilage inserted instead of the shifted silicone also shifted, it changed into a bulbous nose shape, and the rhinitis has not improved. I also developed inflammation in the middle, so I struggled with open irrigation, antibiotic injections, and medication. The 11-shaped nostrils improved, but they are still uneven. Every time I go for follow-up, they only say to watch it a little longer.. I’ve spent so much time and money, and I’m irritated. Even if they say they’ll do revision surgery, I don’t trust them, so I don’t want it, and it’s obvious a refund won’t happen. I don’t even want to talk to them or go there, and I’m just looking into other revision surgery hospitals again. But getting a KakaoTalk message asking me to send one-month photos made me so angry, seriously.. I thought the third time would be my last surgery, but I’m so depressed
익명 People say that, as a rule, it’s right to always avoid hospitals that give discounts for review events and large hospitals. For nose revision surgery, I recommend focusing on private hospitals specializing in nose revision surgery that don’t have review events and have a single director who has been working in one place for more than 10 years, if possible
