When I was getting a consultation for fat removal without double eyelid surgery, both sides were puffy, but one eye was thicker, so I asked them to remove more fat from that one eye. They removed orbital fat and ROOF fat, but even after surgery, it still seemed like one eye was puffier. So for revision surgery, they removed ROOF fat from just one eye and additionally cut out more sagging skin, but that one eye is still puffy. Seeing that it’s still puffy even though a lot of fat was removed, I think maybe the skin is sagging a lot only on one side. In this case, what would be the best way to resolve it..??
