Maybe because I have a lot of jaw muscle, the effect was good. I got it about 2 times in total. I got it for the first time in January 2017, and the second time in May. Maybe because I have a lot of muscle, after about 4-5 months I felt like it came back up quickly.. It definitely decreased compared with before after getting it. haha My next plan is to get it in December.
