11 years ago, I had only medial epicanthoplasty because the space between my eyes looked wide. I had monolids, but my double eyelids formed into an outline shape from using double-eyelid tape, so it was an unusual case. But my eyes looked sleepy, and my eyelids also felt heavy, so I went to the clinic where I had my nose surgery and got a consultation. The director said that because of the outline, even if I had double eyelid surgery, my eyes would try to return to the original line, so there was an 80% chance it would come undone. But I still stubbornly insisted on doing it, and I also had ptosis correction done. Now, 6 years later, it hasn’t come undone and has settled naturally. They’re my double eyelids that no one would know about unless I tell them-^^
