Breast Re-Surgery

I’m not sure whether to keep the size as is or go smaller..

First of all, this is not my first surgery, and I’m looking into revision surgery. Reasons for revision ㅡ unnatural shape, asymmetry These two are the biggest factors, and I recently went for consultations in this order at ㅁㅂㅇ, ㅇㄴㄱㅁ, and ㄱㄹ Some places diagnosed that I could keep the existing implant (Mentor) and keep the size exactly the same, while others said the size needs to be reduced.. The reason for reducing the size is that it’s bigger than my current breast pocket, and because my breasts are attached a bit high, they said that not taking that into account and putting in that size made the breasts look even more projected. Hearing that made me feel like reducing it would be right, but at another hospital they said there’s no need to reduce it and that I only need to reopen the breast pocket, so I’m confused and torn about what’s right.. If you were everyone here, what would you do? Would you trust the diagnosis of the hospital that seems to have more surgery experience and go with that? Would you put off the decision and look around at more hospitals? What do you think is the best thing to do..
