I had buried sutures, they came loose, so I had a partial incision, but there is definitely a scar. Even as time passes. 3 years.. Even a man who doesn't know much about plastic surgery can tell. I hate anything that looks noticeable, but I had a partial incision to remove eyelid fat. The eyelid fat itself doesn't seem very noticeable anyway. I think I should have just done buried sutures, even if I had to do it two or three more times.
