My natural nose has a hump and a droopy tip, so I decided to have the nasal hump shaved down slightly and the tip raised. I want it to look natural, so I purposely asked them to leave a bit of the hump, and they said then I wouldn’t need osteotomy. I also had a CT scan, and they said my septum is on the smaller side, so they won’t do septal extension, won’t remove any septal cartilage at all, and will only take ear cartilage and place it on top of the alar cartilage. Then, since they won’t touch the septum, would there be no side effects after surgery like not being able to breathe through one side of my nose? I’m scared of that, so even though I really want a nose surgery, I’m hesitating...
융융잌 I did it that way, but once the swelling went down, my hump nose wasn’t improved at all, so I’m looking into revision surgery..
