유너 I don’t think dual plane is completely free from rippling or capsular contracture, including animation deformity, either. I think what suits your own breasts is best... Director Kim Jae-hong also said that choosing the surgical method that fits your breasts is as important as the method itself.

수뎡씨 [@밍읭] Right,, you just don’t know. Even if the doctor says they’ll make sure it doesn’t happen, that doesn’t mean it actually won’t happen. If saying they’ll prevent it meant there were no side effects, then everyone in the world who had side effects would be because their doctor was unqualified or lacked skill lol. In the end, side effects are luck.. All we can do is reduce the chance of side effects showing up. Like not drinking or smoking..
asap베이 I also looked into dual plane and subfascial a bit, and they say that because most Koreans have slim body types and don’t have much tissue, subfascial has a high chance of rippling. I did dual plane at ㄱㄹ too! Unless you have a lot of your own breast tissue, it’s probably right to think that in most cases, people do dual plane. Especially these days
