Revision rhinoplasty consultation review + concerns about the downsides of autologous rib cartilage

To start with the conclusion of the consultation: lower the glabella area, shave down the hump, slightly raise the nasal bridge/dorsum with autologous rib cartilage starting from the dorsum, and improve the droopy nose. For my first surgery, I had the hump treated, osteotomy, and no implant; they used ear cartilage and septal cartilage. Since I naturally had a high glabella/nasal bridge, they said that if they raised the nasal tip to match the bridge, it might become too high, so they suggested slightly shaving the hump, grinding cartilage to smooth the glabella area, then raising it with ear cartilage. As a result, my nose became longer and drooped. They said the glabella change was subtle, but it became higher too. The doctor I consulted for revision this time said there is still some hump left, so it would be better to lower the glabella more and shave the hump more. They said to do osteotomy to bring it in slightly more, and raise from the nasal dorsum to the nasal tip more. But I personally really like natural, small and delicate noses, so if the glabella gets lower, that would be better. But I also wonder if that’s actually possible.. And I already had osteotomy once before, so trying to do it again felt burdensome because the recovery period would get longer too.. Also, after my first surgery, from the starting point of my nose to the tip, it became narrow from the front like \/, you know..? But a person’s nose is supposed to get wider as it goes down, like /\. So I understood when they said that if I want to bring the upper part in more with osteotomy and make the lower part slightly wider, osteotomy is actually better. Otherwise I was worried it might become a nose that looks too spread out.. Another concern is using autologous rib cartilage. Since it’s a revision, I went in thinking I’d probably need autologous rib cartilage, but when it came down to actually doing it with rib cartilage, I got scared… What if the rib cartilage warps, what if it becomes too hard, and so on… If you use autologous rib cartilage, how hard does it get..? Does it just become hard like bone..? More than anything, I’ve heard it can look unnatural when smiling.. Is that really true..??
