Nose Surgery Reviews

My primary surgery with ear cartilage went horribly wrong, so I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage

<Before/after primary surgery><Before/after revision surgery (3 months)>I chose the place for my primary surgery really carefully after visiting 8 clinics in Busan and looking up soooo many reviews, but it went horribly wrong First of all, my nose was small and low, with a slight hump For my primary surgery, I had osteotomy, silicone inserted into the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage placed in the nasal tip Up until 2 months after the primary surgery, I was kind of? satisfied, but still felt a lot was lacking As it got close to 4 years since the primary surgery, I could see that the silicone in my nasal bridge was slightly crooked The nasal tip had drooped completely too, and nobody could tell I had gotten nose surgery So I went around pretending I had never had nose surgery, because I was afraid people would laugh and say, “This is a surgically done nose?” .. I was seriously so embarrassed that I hid it completely Revision surgery costs were around 8 million to over 10 million won, so I couldn’t even think about it, but I figured I should at least get estimates. Among the places in Seoul known for revision surgery that I had listed up through online research over several years, I visited only two places whose review photos had nose lines I liked After the consultations, I narrowed it down to one place, but because the cost wasn’t as high as I expected for revision surgery, I felt a little uneasy.. But then I found out that my friend, who also became totally transformed after nose revision surgery, had done it at this clinic, so I felt reassured and booked the surgery date right away Customized 3D(?) silicone for my nasal bridge + nasal tip projection with autologous costal cartilage + nasolabial angle line correction It’s now been 3 months since the surgery, and I’m so, so, so happy with it.. Even if I assume the nasal tip will droop a little more from here, I think the line came out nicely. The only thing I’m a bit disappointed about is that because my forehead is flat, they couldn’t put in much silicone for the nasal bridge ... but that can’t be helped, so I’ll pass on that While correcting the nasolabial angle, the shadow around the nasolabial fold area (not wrinkles) became more projected forward, so that shadow disappeared a lot. That part was such an unexpected huge benefit. And after the nose revision, my face became more three-dimensional, so I heard a lot of people ask if I had lost weight, and I also heard a lot that my face changed from looking childish to looking more feminine For me, eyes matter too, but I feel like the nose changes the overall mood of the face the most! Conclusion: I’m suuuuper satisfied. But when will the autologous costal cartilage scar disappear haha ;
