Quite some time had passed after my first double eyelid surgery, and as the swelling went down, one eye settled as an inline crease and the other as an in-out crease, so the lines were asymmetric. It may not look that obvious in photos, but when I do makeup and look at photos taken of me, it is really stressful.. When I said I wanted surgery again, people around me tried to stop me a lot, but I strongly wanted to make the symmetry better. So I worked hard to find a hospital that could make a natural in-out line. I wanted to consult with a director who has a lot of experience in revision eye surgery and mainly performs eye surgeries (an eye-specialized hospital), so I visited IHO. Even though it is a hospital with many incision revision surgery reviews posted, they recommended the buried-suture method, so I thought, then I really should just lightly fix it with the buried-suture method haha Seeing the director, it seems like they do not push excessively and only recommend what is necessary. After seeing many incision reviews, I thought they mainly did incision for double eyelid surgery, but I felt it was probably because those people truly needed incision. Maybe because I had surgery with the buried-suture method, the swelling is going down quickly too! When I had surgery before, the swelling went down unevenly, so I thought it was probably just swelling, but now, even with some swelling, the symmetry is exactly matched, so I am satisfied. When I close my eyes, there is no feeling that the fixation looks deep, and people around me keep saying it was good that I had the surgery haha
