I wanted my rhinoplasty to look naturally refined, but they said that on my nose, raising it too much would make my nostrils show and wouldn’t suit my face, so they made it look natural. Since it was done with a closed approach, there was less swelling and almost no bruising! There’s no scar on the columella either, and I really recommend this surgical method. Closed rhinoplasty is a difficult surgery, so you need to go somewhere that’s good at it.
