I had surgery because I was stressed about my hump nose. I was scared of putting in an implant, but fortunately the doctor said it seemed like shaving down the hump, doing osteotomies, and raising only the nasal tip with septal cartilage would be enough, so that’s what I did! The hump was resolved well, but now I can see that the nasal tip has dropped compared to right after surgery Still, I’m not going to have revision surgery. They say the more you operate on the nose, the more it gets damaged
