Double chin liposuction + muscle tying consultation review at three places! (+ forehead reduction)

Hi everyone haha Even though it was snowing heavily, I feel proud(?) of myself for going all around Gangnam for consultations, so I’m leaving a post haha It’s been 3 months since I had two facial contouring procedures, but I’m already worried about my double chin I wanted to get liposuction + muscle tying, so I went around for consultations. Honestly, the degree of sagging and the amount of fat itself aren’t severe, but I’m not someone with a developed lower-face bone structure, so my jawline looks a bit vague. I heard that if I get this surgery, the jawline can look more defined. And after asking around in several communities and friends with a lot of plastic surgery experience, I heard that for a double chin, one liposuction + muscle tying procedure is much better than 100 InMode treatments, so I decided to go the surgery route! I’ll cut the chatter and share the review. 1. ㅇㅇㄹㅁ Director Choi I saw the reviews here too, and it seemed like they make it look really clean and nice, so I went for a consultation! Maybe because the clinic itself is famous, there were a lot of patients, several desk managers, and it felt a bit busy..? They did tell me there could be a wait because the director had surgery, but I waited in the consultation room for about 30-40 minutes Also, is the floor with the consultation rooms the same as the surgery room floor..? While I was waiting, I saw foreign people? wearing blue surgical scrubs passing through the hallway (they were speaking a foreign language like French and had darker skin tones), and I don’t know if they were doctors, but it was kind of interesting and startled me a bit. The director came in, and maybe because it was right after surgery, he looked a little distracted, but he explained the surgical method and I think he kindly answered everything I asked! But the consultation itself felt like it went by in a rush, so I didn’t get the feeling that I should do it here Also, after the surgery date I wanted, the recovery time would be tight, so I think the director also wrapped it up by saying it would be better to do it on a date when I have more time. Still, the manager was kind, and I think the price wasn’t bad either! Consultation fee X I think the price was in the 2 million won range... but honestly I mentally ruled it out, so I don’t remember exactly.. haha 2. ㅂㅌ Plastic Surgery Director O I also consulted with this director about forehead reduction! It’s now been 6 months since I had a hairline hair transplant, but even after the transplant, it still feels wide People with foreheads like Wong Fei-hung will know, but having a wide forehead is really stressful You know the forehead needs to be average to slightly narrow to look more feminine and pretty?? Anyway, the consultation wait was about 5 minutes, and I had the consultation with the director. The conclusion was... Instead of doing forehead reduction, get another hair transplant, and instead of double chin muscle tying, get a mini lift! It was my first time getting turned down after a consultation, and I got turned down for both surgeries, so it was kind of funny For forehead reduction, it needs to be reduced by at least 1.5 cm to be meaningful (since it’s an incisional surgery and leaves a long scar), but he said it seems like reducing it about 1 cm would look pretty. Then he said in that case, rather than doing an incisional surgery unnecessarily, I should get another transplant instead. And maybe because I’m only 6 months post-transplant, or maybe the result is a bit poor, anyway the density of the transplanted hair is low. He said in this condition, even if I do reduction, the scar would be more visible and the effect of making the forehead look narrower would be weaker And he had me hold a mirror and, while pulling my chin area, said that if I get a lift, the issue I’m worried about now would be solved, and since I don’t have a lot of fat in the double chin area right now, I should rather get a lift. That’s what he said! But a lift also involves dissection and I’m in my 20s, so I had a resistance like, a lift at this age?! So I just gave up. The manager and the director were both kind, and the clinic atmosphere was clean and nice! Especially when the director consulted, it didn’t just feel like he was explaining the surgical method, but like he was explaining based on my face and concerns. Since he even turned down the surgeries I wanted to do, it didn’t feel like he was just telling me to get surgery no matter what, but that he was focused on patient satisfaction, so it felt trustworthy! Consultation fee X Price is 2 million won, and with discount about 1.7 million 3. ㅊㄷㅊㅊ Plastic Surgery, one-doctor clinic This was also a clinic mainly doing liposuction + muscle tying! Personally, I prefer private clinics for surgery! Since the clinic itself is run more leisurely, I feel like they can care for me more, and because it’s not factory-style, I think it can only operate if one person has the skill to support(?) the whole clinic haha First of all, the clinic was wow.. It was super pretty like some kind of gallery ㄷㄷ It felt like I had become rich in Cheongdam-dong and came out for an outing, hehe. Anyway, I first consulted with the consultation manager. Usually managers mainly tell you basic information, right? But this person explained even the surgical method in a very detailed and professional manner. To start with the conclusion, I paid a reservation deposit here! haha When I looked at the review photos, the effect was good, and the manager herself said she had the surgery a few days ago and had taping on. But she had zero swelling ㅇㅅㅇ As I said above, the recovery period after my desired surgery date is short I’m a college student, so the semester starts soon Because of that, I was actually going around for consultations while debating whether to have this surgery in February or after the semester ends. But they said there’s so little swelling that I don’t need to worry about that at all. When I saw the before-and-after photos, there really was almost none?? I’ve had around 4 surgeries too, so I know that even with the same surgery, the better the surgeon’s hand skills, the less swelling there is. During surgery, there’s less swelling when blood vessels or unnecessary areas aren’t touched much. So in many ways, it seemed like a place that matched my needs, so I booked here! The director explained the basic surgical method and was a bit blunt, but it didn’t feel like he was just skimming over me. His surgical method is called grape-cluster fat removal, which is different from other clinics, and it seemed like a method that damages the tissue less! I felt that was a merit. The manager didn’t feel like she was pressuring me into surgery, but more like she was selling it with real confidence?
