It had no effect at all, and if anything, my face shape became longer and a bit strange. Because the proportions change, you have to be careful. The side line stayed the same, and rather than the protruding areas going in, everything went inward overall. It feels like all it did was make my face look longer. Because there’s less bone, it feels like the facial tissue isn’t supported and is sagging downward. I used to hear a lot that my face was small, but I haven’t heard it even once since the surgery. It became long and bigger. Also, the results on both sides are a bit different, so since it seems the director only did one side and the rest was done by someone else, I do have a psychological suspicion that maybe it was proxy surgery. I don’t recommend it, and I really wonder why I had this surgery. Dieting and orthodontic correction have a more aesthetically pleasing effect.
