I had implant-free rhinoplasty (hump nose + long nose + osteotomy) with Director Kim Da-alm at Obliv Plastic Surgery! After 3 months, a lot of the swelling has gone down, so it looks much more natural. Everyone I meet compliments me that my nose is pretty, so I feel really happy! The hump that was my complex is gone, and my nose naturally became prettier, so I’m very satisfied. It doesn’t look obvious, but it became the nose I wanted. The front view improved to some extent too, so I really, really like both the front and side views! For the nasal tip, septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used; for the nasal bridge, the hump was refined and reinforced with autologous dermis. Ear cartilage was used, but now my ear doesn’t hurt at all and there has been no shape deformity at all! I’m very satisfied!
