Hello. I’m wondering if I need revision surgery, so I signed up to look into it and am leaving this post. I had rib-particle rhinoplasty. It has been 3 years. So far, no functional problems have occurred. But not long after surgery, the shape was slightly crooked, and the highest point of the nose was not in the center but slightly shifted to the left. When I asked the director, he said it would be fine over time, so I went back after 1 year for a revision consultation. Then... he said we should watch it a bit longer... From the side or front, there is nothing obviously wrong, but in a place with lighting or somewhere bright, if you look from just a slight side angle, you can tell the nose is crooked... Anyway... I’m thinking of getting revision surgery. I think the surgical method used was okay, so I want to do it again at the place where I had it done, but I don’t know if they’ll do it again for me...
