<If you look at the arm area, you’ll see a slight indentation>I’ve had slightly large breasts since I was young. 85E. It doesn’t bother me now, but when I was younger, I was so embarrassed by it, you know? So I always walked around with my shoulders hunched, and my back fat became no joke.. On top of that, my lower back hurt, and genetically I practically have no pelvis! So I ended up with a body shape with a small pelvis and a huge amount of back fat, like an inverted triangle! I swam for a long time too, so my shoulders are crazy wide..?! If I’d been a man, it would’ve been like winning the lottery.. lol Anyway, I was always going back and forth between moderate and severe obesity, and when I hit my 30s and looked at my body, I felt so sorry for myself! I had always exercised, and I repeatedly lost and gained weight, so I had no elasticity and my body shape was still the same! I decided to have surgery because I wanted to love my body. Since I was severely obese at around 76 kg, I looked for a hospital where many overweight people had surgery, and at that time there were a lot of accidents during liposuction surgeries, so safety first! I chose that hospital. The only place that told me what was possible and what wasn’t was 365. (Daegu Siji Hospital, and in-person consultations at 4 hospitals in Seoul!) - I trusted that more, because the individual abilities doctors have and the surgical results on my body can’t help but be different, right?! Honestly, it’s not that I wanted to have a pretty body; I just wanted a body shape like ordinary women, so I think that’s why I’m so satisfied with the surgery! Honestly, when they checked with ultrasound and said I only had the fat thickness of someone in the mid-50 kg range, I was really disappointed (I had repeated losing and gaining more than 20 kg at a time about 3 times, and my abdomen was visceral fat, so I barely saw any effect!). I seriously asked why visceral fat can’t be suctioned! lol I still have hip dips, and my waist is straight (because there’s no space between my ribs and pelvis - it means my legs are long, but I don’t know why my butt is attached way down there. - lol I was also told before surgery that even with the waves, I wouldn’t get an extremely dramatic result!) Even so, right now I feel so lovable, happy, and proud of myself! Honestly, I’m dieting really hard, but my weight still fluctuates between 63-65 kg. But I look much prettier now than when I had lost this much before! And there are so many lower-body-obesity reviews, but there weren’t many upper-body-obesity reviews, so I remember how hard it was. I’m writing this once in hopes it helps! I still have everything from the receipt photos I took back then, and I have the ultrasound too! If you want, I’ll send them! I think liposuction surgery is really great for the purpose of body contouring! Honestly, I do have slight side effects too! I have very poor skin elasticity, so my right arm is uneven and has indentations, and my abdomen ended up with reduced elasticity without much effect! Also, the abdominal surgery fee was basically thrown away! Still, I’m so happy because I’m exercising hard and wearing clothes I want to wear (short sleeves! I always used to wear cardigans!)! Ah, as for breast fat grafting, I think it’s something you really need to decide carefully on! I wanted to fill in my upper breasts, but more doctors were against it. It might be because I’m not married yet:)
