They explained using objective measurements (such as how many cm the distance is between the eyebrows and eyes, how many mm of the pupil is covered, etc.). They said there is no problem with the left eye, and the right eye is the issue, so I only need ptosis correction on the right side. They said I do not have much fat on my upper eyelids, so whatever line I choose would suit my eyes well, and I can do the line I want. They created various lines for me, but for my eyes, I liked raising it just slightly from my current line. Reflecting my preference, they recommended an in-out line + upper canthoplasty. Since my eyes are already horizontally long and I already have double eyelids, creating the line is fully possible with a non-incisional method, but if I want definite ptosis correction that makes the eyes look 'clearer,' then incision is the right choice. But since this is my first surgery and I already have a double eyelid line.. They said if I do it non-incisionally, it may feel easier to open my eyes, but in photos or when others look at me, it will look like nothing was done at all. They said if I want a clear-eyed feeling, I absolutely need incision. They said because my skin is thin, even with incision there will not be much swelling, and it will not be a full incision but around the pupil area. They said I do not need canthoplasty, and for the line, they recommended raising it slightly from my current line. I felt some resistance because they said I absolutely need incision, but after coming home and looking up reviews, they do not seem to be someone who mainly does incisions. They seem like someone who does not overtreat and speaks conservatively. If that kind of person said I absolutely need incision, it seems like they have a definite thought that non-incision will not work..?
