Hybrid Motiva Breast Augmentation

2025.03.14 (Fri) Day of surgery: Arrived at the hospital at 10:30. I changed clothes, washed my face, had the design markings done, and in the operating room I think they told me to take 5 deep breaths, but when I opened my eyes, the surgery was already over. The time waking up from anesthesia was a bit painful. My throat did not hurt or anything, but I was so cold that my body was trembling. After recovering for about 1 hour in the operating room recovery area, they brought me water and pumpkin porridge. I ate that, got instructions for some simple stretching, and was discharged. I could barely move. I did not have thigh pain, but the breast pain was a bit difficult. Even moving just slightly caused pain. 2025.03.15 (Sat) Day 1: I took the subway to go for a follow-up. I saw the director for 5 seconds, then I think I had about 30 minutes of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and 30 minutes of regenerative laser treatment. When I first did the hyperbaric oxygen treatment, it was a little uncomfortable because my ears felt like they were going to burst. There was almost no pain in my left breast, but the right side had some pain. After going to the hospital, I got around fine by subway and bus. 2025.03.17 (Mon) Day 3: I took the subway to the hospital. They removed the bandage, I put on a compression bra + upper band, then received hyperbaric oxygen treatment and regenerative laser treatment and came home. I gradually got used to the pain. But still, when coughing or doing things like that, there was slight pain. 2025.03.20 (Thu): I started driving from day 6. There was no major problem when driving, but when parking or turning the steering wheel a lot, it felt a little difficult, so I drove while slowly turning the wheel with both hands. 2025.03.21 (Fri) One week: As I am writing this now, there is almost no pain. Maybe I have completely adapted or gotten used to it now, but there is almost nothing difficult. But from the nipples down toward the lower breasts, there is a slightly numb? feeling, kind of like after anesthesia. To sum up my breast surgery review up to one week after surgery... Honestly, I think it would have felt more vivid if I had recorded things at the time each day.. It has not been long, but I have almost forgotten the pain.. From day 1 to around day 4, there definitely was pain. After that, I do not really remember any particular pain and I adapted. If there is one thing I regret, it is that I should have gone just a little bigger in size.. I debated and chose 320 cc, but I think I would have been more satisfied if I had done around 340-360 cc. It does look natural, but I feel a little wronged that after spending that much money, I could only increase it this much... haha And I had it done as a hybrid procedure using fat taken from my thighs, and I did expect there would still be some thigh liposuction effect, and part of the reason I chose hybrid was because of the thigh fat suction, but maybe too little was removed or maybe the swelling has not gone down, because there is almost no difference from the thigh liposuction done for the hybrid procedure.. For now, I want to believe it is because the swelling has not gone down yet. I wrote this hurriedly and rambled, so it may be disorganized, but I think the breast surgery turned out very, very naturally, so I am satisfied.
