I got it done at a franchise clinic in Seoul. I received 200 units three times over 2 years. The bulge that appears when standing on tiptoe definitely disappeared. The line doesn’t look unattractive when wearing high heels. However, the circumference itself did not decrease at all. Even though I confirmed my calves were the muscular type... Maybe because I’ve lived with thick legs like this for a long time, they don’t get smaller. Also, I was informed in advance that the soleus muscle could thicken compensatorily, and my ankles definitely got thicker. By my standards, it’s not unattractive, just a “they got a bit thicker?” level, but there may be individual differences. If you want to tidy up the calf bulge, I recommend getting it about twice. But if you want to reduce the circumference, I don’t think Botox alone gives a dramatic effect, at least.
